NBU GURU's,
              I was trying to parse the output to get the "write time"  from 
"bpdbjobs -report -all_columns "  using shell script(not perl). The output from 
bpdbjobs gives me from 50 to 250 coulmns of output for each line. As each line 
is not equal, I am having hard time in getting the correct output. AWK won't 
work if the fields are more than 3000 bytes. I can't hard code the script with 
"cut".  Is there any other way I can handle the problem without using Perl ?

My idea of writing the script to get the class, sched, media_server, client and 
write_time.
