[Veritas-bu] is "error 0" an error at all?

hello!

I almost always get this "error" message (in daily_messages.log) when a
tape is mounted for writing:

0993561492 1 132 8 robocop 0 0 0 robocop bptm read error on media id
000015, drive index 0 reading header block, Error 0

Is this an error message at all? Do anyone know what it means?

The tape drives are LTO and they are defined as "hcart". The error
appears on all drives and all tapes.
