Hello all

Has anybody successfully configured NDMP when robtype is ACS?

Our environment is the following:

NetBackup 3.4 with patch 850645 installed

NDMP Host:                              F760 with Ontap 6.1
NetBackup for NDMP Server:      AIX 4.3.3 (Media Server)
ACSLS:                          AIX 4.3.3
Drive:                          1 x STK9840 FC (filer:nrst0a)

I issued set_ndmp_attr -auth and -verify successfully. I didn't issue
set_ndmp_attr -robot since robot is not attached to the filer.

When I now start a backup, the backup gets queued and stays in the queue for
hours/days (until I terminate it).

Any ideas? Is there a special configuration issue when acs is involved?
