I would be interested in ideas also as I currently started having this
problem just last night. I am also getting status 44 errors however. All
servers in my environment are NT4.0 and we are running NB version 3.2. Other
class backups to the same servers however do work.

I have it configured that the class that failed backs up the internal local
hard drives C: and D:. However each drive is configured to use a separate
stream. Looking at the logs it looks as if one drive failed, then the other
would be successful.

Hello

I am having a slightly growing delema here. Currently, we have two servers
that fail regularly with status 14. The backup gets a certain length into it
and if more data exists than 'x', I get status 14. I ahve checked everything
that Veritas has suggested could be a problem, and everything checks out.
Has anyone else seen unexplainable status 14 errors, and figured out how to
correct it?

Master is an Sun E220
Media is Sun 4500
Tapre drives are ST9480FC
NetBackup version: 3.4p645
The failing clients: One is an NT system, the other is a Win2k system.

Thanks!

Jason
