I didn't really look at your question. The answer that I know is that
you can find that info out using bplist, but it doesn't match to a
backupid as you want.
It ain't pretty, but you could find that info out by looking at
/usr/openv/netbackup/db/images/<client>/<epoch time>/<backupid>.f.
I'm sure there's a series of commands to lift this out, but hopefully
this helps.
