otmcdm.cdm is a filter cdm, as opposed to a functional cdm.  It can be
loaded at any time.

I am new to this list and have a few questions.  We currently are a Netware
5.1 shop and are using Veritas Netbackup 3.4.1
I was wondering if you just call the OTMCDM.CDM (which seems to have
replaced the OTMCDM.NLM file) from the autoexec.ncf or from the startup.ncf.
Generally CDM's are placed in the DOS partition and Veritas documentation on
this is not very clear.  Also does anyone have any best practices for OTM on
netware?  Getting any information on this (from Veritas) is like trying to
pull teeth.  Any help would be greatly appreciated. My e-mail address is
