We have three Qualstar tape changers and our support experiences have all
been very positive.  But perhaps my bar is a bit lower than others; I deal a
lot with MCI tech support ;-)

I was wondering if anyone could comment on the use of AIT drives/tapes. We
are currently a DLT shop. I'm pretty impressed with AIT's performance on
paper. I'm thinking about a Qualstar 4660. Has anyone had any experience
with AIT and Netbackup or even this specific library?
