After some searching, I found where it happened. It was bpduplicate.
Here's a snippet of the log where the images disapeard:
11:57:29 INF - Waiting for positioning of media id B01631 on server
nbserver.
11:57:30 INF - Continuing duplicate on server nbserver of client
nbclient.
14:31:23 INF - host nbserver backup id nbclient_0989647601 read failed,
socket
write failed (24).
14:31:25 INF - host nbserver backupid nbclient_0989647601 write failed,
system
call failed (11).
14:31:26 INF - db_IMAGE() failed: no entity was found (227)
14:31:28 INF - Duplicate of backup id nbclient_0989647601 failed, system
call
failed (11).
14:31:29 INF - Status = no images were successfully processed.
