[Veritas-bu] IRIX 6.5.10 hanging

Ugh. It appears the problem is that the upgrade from 6.5.6 --> 6.5.10
replaced the file which determines what duplex setting to be at, so it
was left to autonegotiate; and it didn't autonegotiate correctly. We are
going to fix and reboot soon. But as an FYI, the file on IRIX is
/var/sysgen/master.d/if_ef
