Hi,
we face a problem regarding NetBackup Data Center v3.4.1GA
running under Windows NT SP6. Since the jumbo patch #645
installation, some schedules runs continuously during their
backup window. This behaviour occurs especially with schedules
running every 4 weeks : when running, all the clients are backuped
without interruption during the allowed backup window (more than
35 times for one of these clients...). This seems "client independant":
it occurs as well on NT clients as on Unix ones. I didn't find any
information about this problem on the Veritas support site.
My Veritas representative technical contact in Switzerland told me
that the patch #645 did not update correctly the bpsched process,
and may be the source of the problem.
Is this something somebody experienced before ? If yes, is there a fix
or a patch for this particular problem ?
Thanks a lot !
