Hi All,
How does the NetBackup select the tapes for the backup?=20
Currently I have only one standalone tape driver. Every morning I have =
to eject the tape for the last night backup, and insert into the new =
tape for tonight backup. But if I insert into the wrong tape that the =
netBackup is looking for, then the active job will hang up there, and =
the details in job monitor will shows mounting tape A00xxx...=20
So we need to know how the NetBackup select the tape to prepare the =
requested tape in advance before the netBackup is kicked off.
Thanks in advance...
ldf
