Does anyone know how to take a stuck tape out of a downed drive without
manual intervention?

By default, NetBackup 3.4 downs a drive after receiving 3 status 84 errors
within a 24 hour period. Is there a way to change this default to something
other than 3?

I have found if I issue a Reset Drive in the Device Manager, Drive Control,
the tape will unmount.  (X interface)

use robtest and then unload <drive>

if that doesn't work then you more than likely have a hardware issue and
need to use the hardware specific manuals.

Ok, I have the media manager sys admin guide out but don't know what I'm
looking for.

How do I manually unmount a drive under Veritas?  Downing the drive
didn't work and neither did killing NBU with bp.kill_all and restarting.
