 and you can access it from :

 1) backup/archive client, menu action -> configure, exclude pannel

 or,

 2) WinNT configuration tool, client -> select client, properties read/write,
    exclude pannel.

 if you definitely want to edit it manually, you must use regedt32, as
regedit can't do REG_MULTI_SIZE.
