[Veritas-bu] Netbackup and Win2K

We are currrently running Netbackup version 3.2 on Windows NT4.0 server. We
are looking to start upgrading our servers next month to win2k. Is NBU 3.2
compatible with win2k or do I need to finally get around to upgrading to NBU
3.4? 

Are there any challenges to running NBU on a win2k server that I should be
aware of before starting?

Any information provided would be greatly appreciated.
