You could also try pushing the client software from the master server
assuming your master server is unix as well.  There is an
install_client_files script you can run.  You will need to set up .rhosts on
the client before running the script.  This would save you from dealing with
the CD.

We upgraded NetBackup 3.2 to 3.4 this weekend. All of our UNIX media servers
are HP-UX 11.0 except one, which is HP-UX 10.20. We were unable to install
the upgrade on this server. I used the same cd and same pfs_mount commands
as the others. I even tried variations of this and it still will not
install. It just gets to the first part and hangs. Has anyone seen anything
like this? (See install script) below:
