On problem #1, schedule override on volume pool?
That's the only thing I can think of initially, if it
was set to override the class volume pool = netbackup,
then when you move them to the netbackup pool it
naturally works.
on the second one, have you modified the vm.conf file
of your volhost to reflect the pool SCRATCH is a
scratch pool?
that's all I can think of right of the top of my head...
