Hello.

Here are some answers.

You'll need unfreeze your tapes by using the "bpmedia" command.
See why the tapes were frozen.  If it was due to the tape expiring, then use 
"bpexpdate" to change the expiration date to something in the future or 
never.

If the tapes' density is labeled incorrectly, use "bplabel" to have 
NetBackup label the tape as dlt.
