Please note that what is suggested below can be very dangerous.
Once a media is deassigned it becomes an available candidate
for use by a future backup by a different media server.  The 
result is that you may end up with this media-id in 2 different
media servers media database and both of them will continue to
pick this tape for backups, overwritting each others backups.
