Congrats you beat them by 5 minutes! Glad I posted a question about it and
waited before I installed it. Darn service packs need a service pack these
days :(
I remember a couple of people posting problems and I decided not to proceed.

SYNOPSIS: NetBackup Version 3.2 Cumulative Patch J0820465 causes issues
when Customers are initiating immediate manual or scheduled incremental
backups utilizing Multiple Data Streams. Backups that would have succeeded
prior to applying this patch may return a 'Status 198' or a 'Status 239'
exit code.
Dear Valued Customer,
Because product quality and customer responsiveness are consistent VERITAS
Software hallmarks, any and all issues are taken very seriously and are
quickly addressed.
In the past VERITAS has generated alerts when there was a potential for data
loss or corrupted data not visible to the user. With this particular issue,
VERITAS has removed a previously published patch (J0820465) due to the
potential of the following errors occurring when performing a backup:
1) Exit Status Code (198) No active classes contain schedules of the
requested type for this client"
2) Exit Status Code (239) The specified client does not exist in the
specified class
This patch had limited distribution before it was recalled, however,
customers who did install NetBackup Version 3.2 Cumulative Patch J0820465
may experience issues with the NetBackup schedule facility when initiating
immediate manual, or scheduled incremental backups that utilize Multiple
Data Streams.
For UNIX Systems: To determine if this patch has been installed, navigate
to /usr/openv/patch directory and view the patch.history file. For NT
Systems: If you are unsure if this patch has been installed on your NT
server(s), please contact our Technical Support Department for assistance in
determining your current patch level.
It is highly recommended that you install Patch J0820466, particularly if
you previously installed patch J0820465. Carefully select Patch J0820466
for the appropriate Operating System, which can be found in the Download
Files Section at the following links. Patch J0820466 can be installed
directly over J0820465 without the removal of earlier NetBackup patches.

If Patch J0820466 cannot be installed at the present time, the workaround
provided below will prevent this issue from occurring:
1) Replace the "bpsched" binary, located in /usr/openv/netbackup/bin
directory with the "bpsched" binary from patch J0820443, if available.
2) Uncheck the "Allow Multiple Data Streams" in the "Change Class GUI".
