For the guy who mentioned clustering, may be you could try puting
your physical host names /usr/openv/netbackup/db/altnames/<logicalhostname>
This will allow xbp starts at the client to restore image from the logical host.

For the guy that mention different tape expiration date on same tape,
Netbackup has defaulted to restrict that only images with the same expiration
*level* is allowed to be written on the same tape. To override this you have to
explicitly set a parameter in bp.conf
