This question has come up a lot on the list.  They do not typically require 
it, and they don't require it here.  Apparently, you'll be OK if you load 
the latest 3.2 patch to NT.

The cool thing about NetBackup, though, is that you can upgrade all your NT 
or Unix clients in one swipe, automatically from the server.
