check your troubleshooting guide, 196 is in there.
Basically your backup window closed before that job
could be started. If your backups have been running
fine prior to this, the 196 may be a symptom of a
bigger problem. I would investigate the duration of
some of jobs to see if they are taking more time than
you had originally anticipated.
