Hi all,

We are currently having a problem to load OTM in an NT client in which we
recently enabled it.    After checking the logs, we got the following error:

"08/23/00 01:49:29 PM: [342]: ERR - OTM Initialize - unable to get version
information: 'C:' (err = 0x00000006)"

Have you ever heard of this problem?  How could we get rid of it?

The master server is SunSolaris, the Netbackup version is 3.2 and the patch
installed in the environment is the J0820326.

Any help will be appreciated.
