I'm using Netbackup 3.1.5 on NT

Before my operators eject tapes each day I want them to check that no
backups (normal or catalog) are running.
I need to give them a simple yes/no result, so I was thinking I'd write a
script for them to run.

What is the best way to detect if there is no activity?  
I reckon run 
c:\veritas\volmgr\bin\vmoprcmd.exe   
and make sure there are no tapes in any of the drives.

Any other suggestions?
