[Veritas-bu] OTM -- Turning off

How can OTM be disabled on an NT server?  Is it necessary to uninstall and
reinstall the software.  We are having difficulty backing an NT server with
OTM running.  As part of our troubleshooting steps, I would like to rerun
the backup without OTM.
