I apologize, I sent you a reply to this question 
yesterday right after I received it, unfortunately I 
don't think it made it.  

If you haven't done so already, check Chapter 4 of your 
troubleshooting guide, it will outline the error in 
some detail and give you some reasonable modifications 
that can be done to your /etc/system file.

As the other post'ers have mentioned this is a shared 
memory problem with Solaris or an OTM problem with NT.  
In either case, the troubleshooting guide covers both.
