I would suggest checking the maximum jobs per client setting.  It defaults
to 1 and this will only allow one job to be active from any client.

I use NDMP to backup an Auspex NS2000 to an ATL with 2 DLT 7000s. If I kick 
of two or more backups, jobs get queued, but will not backup using the 
second drive.

What am I overlooking?
