Could also be possible that you have the wrong type of os license.
When we 1st got our oracle licenses we were given the nmo for unix license.
Being primarily a windows guy back then I knew we were running linux on our
oracle boxes and I basically said "Well the server os ends with *nix so it
should work".... Well, it didn't. :) After emc gave use the nmo for linux
license low and behold it worked.. :)

The message is self-explanatory, you have too many Oracle clients and you have
ran out of licenses. Where did you get the NW Oracle Module enabler code from?
You probably have been issued the wrong license type for the platform that you
are running the Oracle DB on.
You should contact EMC licensing or your EMC partner to sort this out.

We entered new enabler code but it is not working and backup failing with the
folloiwng messsage
"too many client for licence networker module for oracle unix maximum 0"
