This problem can be caused by several different problems. You need to check the
logs on your NetWorker server. You did not say which OS platform your NetWorker
server runs on. If it is any flavor of Linux or Unix, the log file to look at
is /nsr/logs/daemon.raw and the command to view it is nsr_render_log
Since you are new to NetWorker, you would do best by contacting EMC for help.
