Hi All,

Installed Networker Client 7.6sp4 on Win2k3_32bit Domain Controller and just 
curious as why the Change Journal does not install.  Installing the same client 
on other machines the charge journal does get installed.  I'm sure it has 
something to do with it being a DC.
