The issue obviously is that you load one drive but for reading/writing you 
'talk' to another one. This can happen if you run jbconfig and do not obey the 
device sequence.

Run the inquire command and verify the device names.
Then delete the jukebox and devices and reinstall it again with the exact same 
sequence.
You can also verify which tape drive is loaded by running the command "mt -f 
<device_name> status" .

Usually, this is easy to fix. Good luck.
