A problem was introduced with v7.4 that was not fixed until v7.6...
Namely. If you want the client to use ports 7937 to 7940, you have to
use the command:
nsrports -S 7939-7940
It was hardcoded to use 7937 and 7938 and was not properly coded to not
hand those ports out to the wrong daemons until v7.6.
