Have a look at the NW 8 Licensing Guide. Here you can find specific "Data 
Deduplication with Avamar" enablers.
However, these are nothing else but the 'usual' enablers that you would need 
for the client or disk backup anyway.
In fact, there is the first one (25 client enabler) which you will also find 
later under 'normal' "Client Connection" ;-) .

The same applies to the other enablers which you of course need anyway for 
fulfill a certain functionality.

And you can also run "nsrcap -nvv -c <enabler>".
By comparing the "license type" you can easily check that there are no specific 
Avamar licenses.
