There could also be a hardware problem with the drive, something like not
sending a proper "Tape Full" indication to the server, or with the robot arm.

One test you might want to try if you haven't already is to wait for this to
happen, then try to unload the full tape via the command line:

nsrjb -u -D 6 -f rd=<driveID>
If it unloads successfully that might suggest that NetWorker doesn't know
the tape is full. If the command fails, the error message might point you at
the cause.

If you are able to get the tape unloaded, use nsrjb -Cv to identify a slot
containing an empty tape labeled in the appropriate pool and then load the
tape manually:
nsrjb -l -D 6 -f rd=<driveID> -S <slot#>

Again, if the load fails the messages may provide a clue. If the tape loads
successfully and the backup takes off, then NetWorker is confused somehow,
as Bingo suggests.
