Hi, Rosario,

An RPC (Remote Procedure Call) error simply tells you that NetWorker on the
server was unable to communicate with NetWorker on the client. In this case
it appears that the problem occurred during an authentication "handshake".
The usual suspects:

1. Does the client ping from the server?
2. Does the server ping from the client?
3. Does DNS resolve forward and reverse for both client and server?
4. Is NetWorker (ie, nsrexecd) running on the client?
5. Was there any sort of a network interruption?
6. Did the client reboot?

If the problem is DNS resolution, a temporary workaround might be to list
the client in the server's host file and/or vice-versa.

Also, just as an unrelated word of advice, you might want to consider
upgrading NetWorker. 7.4.4 is past its end of support life.
