[Networker] memory leak with checkpoint restarting in 7.6.3.3

Just an FYI to the group. As of right now I can see that it affects 2003
clients, have not verified on 2008. It also doesn't matter if you do it at a
file or directory level. Symptoms are save.exe processes will chew up A LOT of
memory, I've seen some 2gb in size or larger, sometimes saves will get hung or
cause systems to become unresponsive due to lack of resources. I have an open
case with EMC where I have provided screenshots and debugging information. I
will send an update to the group when I have been able to test a 2008 client.
