[Networker] Understanding the size of DISASTER RECOVERY savesets on Win2

The filesystem backup excludes a lot of unnecessary files and directories which
are filtered by NW and/or Windows (look at the registry entry
"FilesNotToBackup"). It is not 'state-critical'
The OSSR backups must have more info because they in fact have to recover the
disk and system to a certain state. Unfortunately, it is a VSS backup and it is
not documented what it contains.
The OSSR_B save set obviously applies to the hidden (DR) partition. TO back it
up you must also assign a drive letter to it.
To include the current date, use "savetime>=date".
