Sure - what else did you expect?
Index and bootstrap save set belong to the networker server (now listed as a 
client) - this will never change.
And they should not be added to another server as they are pretty useless here.
Do not forget - they can be scanned (even with "scanner -i") but as they have 
no embedded index information there is no such one to add. The save set state 
will never become recoverable.

With respect to your recovery problem:
I might be wrong but  according to the manpage the save set name must be 
specified like "SYBASE:/sql-server-name[ /database-name]" . However,  
"BMS_SERVER" is obviously not a sql-server-name - neither for the source nor 
for the destination.
