Question for anyone out there using VMware Vsphere..

We're currently using a mixture of traditional Networker client backups and 
Esxpress image backups for our virtual machines.
Will be migrating to Vsphere 5 in the  near future so have to decide on what 
path we take with our virtual machine backups.

Thinking about upgrading from Networker 7.5 up to 7.6.2 and using VADP, anyone 
out there using VADP backups, what do you think?
