Was the path statement correct in your nsrnmo file?  When we had it set to 
$PATH it didn't work.  We also had to add /usr/sbin to it.

I tried nsrnmoadmin -r list which creates nwora resource file and then 
restarted the nsr daemon as well.

No change.

Same error.

Pls help
