Just in case its a raw partition:

*Backing up raw partitions on Windows:
*To back up a raw disk partition on Windows, specify the raw disk partition
in a save
set. Identify the raw partition as a physical drive or as a logical drive.
For example:
save -s NetWorker_server_name \\.\PhysicalDrive0
save -s NetWorker_server_name \\.\C:
