I found this note about "authoverride"

But it did not seem to do the trick.
I ran bin/gstconfig after recoverpsm, moved cst/Config.xml out of the
way and copied Config.xml.template in its place allowed to me to use
"administrator" account and the password I used when NMC was first put
in place. But the password still won't reset. Hmm.
