please check the following.

1.ping backup_client and ip from backup_server.

2.ping backup_server and ip from backup_client.

3.telent 7937 client_name from backup_server.

4.telent 7938 backup_server from backup_client.

5.check the servers file under /nsr/res from backup_server.
