YO (Yes & No).

1. Everything that is possible in the GUI must be possible from the command 
line.

2. However, the GUI does not always reflect to the true relations. For clients 
& groups you actually must add a client to a group (as you do it from the 
client resource).

Here is a Windows example - the visual mode is only available from the UNIX 
command:
