Hi,

You haven't provided enough details.

1. Is the folder in question a mount point or a DFS share?

2. What is the save set definition for that client? (ALL, "D:", some other
path under D:?)

3. Does it backup anything else or is it skipping the whole backup? (run
savegrp -c client -l full group_name from the server -- does it work? if it
does, then check the schedule )

4. Do you have any local or global directives defined on/for that client?

Please describe your environment, configuration, procedure, what you are
trying to do, what works and what doesn't work.
