you are correct - there are no manpages for Windows. I was actually refering to 
the Command Line References which are valid for all OS.

Unfortunately, EMC always introduces a lot of 'undocumented' with each release. 
I think at changes which are not listed in the Release Notes which one should 
read before installation. Consequently, you will not become aware of them 
unless you encounter a difference. I guess, this also loads NW support with a 
lot of extra work as they most likely will respond with a 'known issue'.
