Yes and no ...

1 nsrclone command = 1 save set = 1 save stream = 1 media = 1 device (at a time)
  This also implies that a single save stream can not be sent to multiple 
media/devices.

So if you want to send multiple streams to one media/device you first must 
create multiple streams which means you must multiple clone commands. Other 
parameters like Target Sessions also determine the number of streams per 
media/device.

If you run a local clone process and you are able to stream the tape drive, 
this is the best (fastest) solution you may get. Sending multiple streams to 
one device will result in multiplexing which will slow down the throughput for 
recoveries - if you only recover a single of these interleaved save sets.
