[Networker] Can a LTO-4 drive really read a LTO-2 tape ??

I have used HP LTO4 drives to read LTO2 tapes written a year ago and had no
issues. We actually ended up cloning about 20 LTO2 tapes (read on an LTO4
drive) to LTO4 tapes
