Hi,

I dont know whether this is the right forum to ask this question. We are using 
Replication manager in our environment (windows 2008) servers for exchange 2007 
application. Most of the scheduled replicas are failing with below error... 

ERROR:waiting 1200 seconds for BackupComplete to complete. BackupComplete was 
cancelled

When we restart the replica manually, the job completes successfully. Please 
help me in resolving this issue.
