Hi Paul,

try this
- stop NW server daemons
- rename nsr/tmp 
- restart NW server daemons

I have see groups not reporting the right info on the NMC when the tmp dir was 
in an inconsistent state. The cleanup-restart fixed the problem in all the 
cases.
